Millet with cauliflower

Ingredients:
1 cup of millet, 3 - 4 cups of water, 1/2 onion halved and finely sliced, 1/4 cauliflower washed and cut into small florets, olive or sesame seeds oil, pinch of sea salt.

Directions:
Heat the oil and sauté the onion with a pinch of salt until soft, stirring occasionally.
Add the cauliflower and stri-fry for 3-5 min.
Rinse and add the millet to the pot and cook for 2-3 min.
Add the water previously boiled, bring to the boil, then reduce the heat, simmer gently and covered for 25 - 30 min (stir occasionally to prevent the millet sticking; add water if needed).
Turn off the heat, let it sit and serve.
