I cannot believe my last post was in April 2010. One year ago... amazing!

Moving countries and settling down has definitely kept me busy. However, that is over now so let´s hit the road! Time flies and it is too precious to waste. I am back and moving forward I will be feeding this more consistently.

My diploma in Transpersonal Coaching is just around the corner and I have just organized my first cooking workshop with children. Exciting!

I leave you for now with a Carrot and Beetroot Sauce... perfect for this time of the year in the Southern Hemisphere.
